Kolkata, December 13, 2025 — The city of Kolkata witnessed a landmark moment in its automotive and adventure scene today with the grand success of the city’s First Ever Off-Road Adventure Carnival 2025, hosted by Eco Creek. The event served as the official flag-off for East India’s first full-scale, purpose-built off-road experience, introducing a new era of automotive adventure to the region.
The carnival was graced by the presence of several eminent personalities from the world of cinema, sports, and music, who came together to support this pioneering initiative. Attendees included renowned Indian Actress Paoli Dam, former Indian International Footballers Gautam Sarkar, Bikash Panji, Monoranjan Bhattacharya, Bhaskar Ganguly, and Prasanta Banerjee, former Indian Cricketer Arun Lal, and renowned Indian Singer Jojo. Completing the distinguished lineup was Adhiraj Singh, Founder of Blacktop & Beyond and Corporate Spokesperson of Eco Creek Club, whose vision and leadership have been central to shaping the Kolkata Off-Road Carnival. With such respected personalities coming together, the flag-off felt less like a formal ceremony and more like a proud, shared moment for the city.
The Kolkata Off-Road Carnival was organized with a clear purpose—to introduce the city to a safe, organised, and professionally curated off-road culture. Despite having thousands of capable SUVs on the road, Kolkata had long lacked a dedicated space for controlled off-road exploration. The event aimed to fill that gap by offering enthusiasts a place to learn terrain reading, slope control, mud navigation, and obstacle driving under trained marshals. Beyond the thrill, the carnival marked the beginning of a new automotive movement in the city—uniting communities, promoting responsible adventure, and igniting future off-road tourism from Kolkata to the mountains, forests, and deserts of India.
Speaking about the initiative, Adhiraj Singh, Founder of Blacktop & Beyond and Corporate Spokesperson of Eco Creek Club, said, “Kolkata has always had the passion, the people, and the machines — all it needed was a space to bring that energy together.
